CTS 2016 TRAVEL INFORMATION
HOW TO REACH ORLANDO:
There are several choices a traveler will have to reach Orlando.
By Air
AIRPORT and TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 6 miles away from the conference hotel.
Terminals A and B at MCO serve many domestic and international carriers as shown on the airport’s airlines page.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION FROM ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - MCO
There is no courtesy shuttle to the hotel so you will have to choose between a taxi, shared van service, local bus service or a rental car.
TAXI
Taxi service from the airport to the conference hotel will cost approximately $35 one way.

Terminal A, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level) 1, at Commercial Lane parking spaces: A5-A8 and A22-A25.
Terminal B, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level) 1, at Commercial Lane parking spaces: B5-B8 and B30-B34.

Taxis may carry up to 9 passengers, and charge the same rate regardless of the number of passengers. All taxicabs picking up at the Airport are regulated by the City of Orlando’s Vehicle-for-Hire ordinance which requires fares to be determined by a taximeter. Flat rate fees are not authorized. Therefore metered rate may vary from the approximate rate quoted above.
SHARED VANS
Mears Transportation offers a shared van service from the Orlando Airport. The cost is approximately $18/$29 (one-way/round-trip). You can prearrange your transportation via this link. They can also be reached at +1-407-423-5566 .
The shuttles are located:
In Terminal A, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), at the Commercial Lane parking spaces: A19-A21.
In Terminal B, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), at the Commercial Lane parking spaces: B27-B29.
BUSES
Local buses are Located in Terminal A, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), at Commercial Lane spaces A38-A4. The cost is $2 for a one-way fare.
Take the Lynx bus 42 or bus 111 to the Florida Mall Superstop bus stop which is a short 5 minute walk to the conference hotel entrance. Each bus will take about 30-35 minutes. Visit the Lynx website for bus route planning and schedules.

By Train
Train passengers can enjoy easy access to the Amtrak rail system.
Visitors traveling around International Drive can hop on board the I-Ride Trolley, a hop-on, hop-off service route exclusive to the International Drive Resort area.
Orlando’s public transportation system, LYNX, is a great way to get around town.
SunRail, Orlando’s commuter rail system, offers train service between Debary and Orlando.
